WAHC has an option to lease town-owned land on a small portion of the 58-acre parcel that includes Town Hall. This option was granted at a Town Meeting in October 2018. WAHC intends to construct 10-12 rental units on approximately 4 acres, and is currently working with an engineering firm to conduct initial feasibility studies. This is an exciting opportunity and will help address our town’s urgent need for rental housing options for seniors and young people.
